I am your resident florist, and lead designer for Duia and Jean, Florals and Events. I enjoy drawing inspiration from my couple’s love stories, giving them hidden design details significant to them throughout their day that make their floral design not only unique but extremely personal to them as a couple. Taking abstract ideas and making them into a reality is my specialty. Your flowers on your wedding day will not only drop the socks off of anyone who sees it but also be a reflection of your journey as a couple.
I can’t wait to begin the process with you!
At, Duia and Jean, we never shy away from a beautiful vibrant color palette. There is always a way to make even the boldest of palettes feel elegant and timeless.
My husband John and I love to put together a small array of yummy charcutier favorites; wine, meats, cheeses and fruit. It's a simple and romantic way to spend time together.
Beautiful porcelain, linens, and florals is a winning combination. Nothing beats a show stopping table scape where you and your guests can gather and celebrate your magnificent day!
Former landscape architect, Lynda has committed her career to the beautification of spaces through floral design. Lynda acts as a consultant designer for Duia&Jean, instilling her knowledge of botanicals and their magnificent forms to create fantastic floral arrangements.
Lynda says she enjoys floral design because it is influenced by all of the design fields. She leans heavily on nature and architecture of the space to find the perfect scale and proportion for Duia and Jean florals. If you ask her to describe her role on wedding day her answer would be, the lady adjusting the last bloom and green… ultimately framing the space for a perfect picture of our couple surrounded by Duia and Jean florals!
Soft and romantic, bold and beautiful or something in between. We at Duia and Jean strive to enhance your special space on your day.
Might be, just working or hanging out in the garden. I really enjoy spending time outdoors and get great satisfaction from plotting and planning new garden designs or architectural features for myself or someone else!
Roses grown vertically is such a "the sky's the limit " idea. Climbing and rambling roses can really transform a space. I really appreciate and marvel at the many ways roses can be used in the garden and in floral design.
