This wedding is deeply personal to me as it is my own wedding hosted at my mother's home outside New Orleans, Louisiana. We had a spring-time wedding and the weather was just perfect! John and I looked forward to our big day with excitement, knowing that we would be saying our vows in a location that was so important. My childhood home gave a lot of inspiration for the design of the wedding. I wanted it to feel like a garden oasis filled with beautiful color and texture.
